Starman is ~95% ET. His technical credentials are impressive. He holds the patent on the Starship propulsion system and is working on designs for the Landers and Beams. He has designed and built award-winning solar powered vehicles. He has worked for computer vendors, and in other capacities that required holding top secret clearances.
